Instructions
We have recently phased out our order form and replaced it with PayPal shopping cart buttons. To order an item, simply click the Add to Cart button next to that item on the page and the item will be automatically added to your cart. To complete your transaction, simply follow the instructions through PayPal.
If you are unable to use PayPal, contact me directly and we can set up an alternative means of payment.
Confirmation, Payment, and Policies
You should receive a confirmation email within a short time after submitting an order. If you do not receive an email after 24 hours, Contact us to make sure the order went through. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a second email containing the shipment date and any other information you need. Available Now orders will ship approximately one business day after payment is received.
PayPal is the preferred mode of payment. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one here . I will accept checks or money orders, but please contact me before you submit your order.
Note: Illinois customers will have additional local sales tax.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, kindly do it within 24 hours of confirmation of available now items, and within 7 days for custom items. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final and you will need to follow the return policy enclosed in your package..
Shipping prices are $4.00 standard (to continental 48 states) plus $1.00 for each additional item. Cuddle Cup orders can include one extra pillow per cup at no additional shipping cost. Contact me directly for international shipping, or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please allow from 1 up to 2 weeks for custom items to arrive.

By purchasing a Crochet Cavy Cozies knit or crocheted item, the customer acknowledges the risk of yarn chewing and swallowing to their guinea pig and that such action by their guinea pig may lead to irritation of the digestive tract and other medical problems requiring veterinary care.The customer understands by purchasing a tunnel or cozy that Crochet Cavy Cozies has given warning and offered information about these complications, and thus agrees not to hold Crochet Cavy Cozies responsible should any medical complications occur.
