Returns and Refunds

Crochet Cavy Cozies will accept returns of unused, unwashed merchandise within two weeks of receipt of package, not counting return shipping time.Once we receive the item and determine it is still in new condition we will issue a refund, but buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective merchandise will be refunded in full, including return shipping, but you must send a photo or detailed description of the defect by email prior to shipping to receive a full refund. Once we receive the item you may choose to have us either repair or replace it for you, or you may simply choose a refund. We apologize for any defective merchandise and ask that you send it back to us in order to receive a refund so that we may determine what happened in order to make our products safer and sturdier for your pets.

Please keep in mind each of these items are hand-made and at times will have the occasional pulled stitch or slightly crooked hem.This is what makes each cozy unique.However, your satisfaction is most important to us and we will work to resolve any issues or disputes.

In all cases, please remember that by purchasing a Crochet Cavy Cozies product you have agreed that you have received and read our informationon yarn chewing and are thus responsible for monitoring your pigs. Crochet Cavy Cozies is not liable for any costs or issues incurred by yarn chewing or swallowing.
